In co-creation with the Dutch Ministry of Defense, The Arnhem University of Applied Sciences (HAN), Greijn Forming Solutions and SaveInc, DenimX designed the bodyparts of an old motorcycle, based on the re-use of discarded army uniforms. Students of the HAN exchanged the conventional combustion engine with an electric one whereas the Air Manoeuvre Brigade of Dutch Defense took care of the software programming and installation.
After design and engineering by DenimX, the bodyparts where thermoformed by Greijn Forming Solutions. The bike made its maiden tour during the Black Cross in Lichtenvoorde where it showed its potential by finishing several rounds on the motorcross track.
